France have shown the way to hold corrupt and unjust government's to account by force and we must simply do the same as they are not willing to take notice or interest in peaceful demonstrations, They are killing our people off up and down the country in what can only be called an act of Genocide to the most poorest and most vulnerable in our society and we must step in on moral grounds as well for our own benefits as this will have an overall all negative effect on our economy, We must stand up to the top 1percent of this pyramid scheme we call a Government, We must stand up before it's to late, Sorry about the rant.

Superbly written, casted and produced; captivating on every level and at every stage - family unit at its most challenging time. The best film I saw in years. The only "spoilers" were couple of members of the audience munching through noisy crisps and crackers.

A chronicle of routine, the hard reality right in front of our eyes. It was hard to me to accept this movie. It's really struggling.

The film shows the struggles of day to day life of a family living in England, displaying a range of the dumb rules stealing the fun and pleasure out of life. Which causes the family to gradually lose their ego until they're numb of stress and worries which were previously controlling them, this leads the family to become utterly hopeless. As there are no visible solutions to their problems because everyone else is in the same situation, needing help from someone else) Which represents a repetitive loop which everyone in the world works around, relying on other people.
This film left me utterly speechless, which led me to depart the cinema laughing hysterically, to layer over the fact That I was so shocked at how real every scene of the film was.
(This review is probably not great but I'm just starting, and need practice.
Sorry we missed you poster. Sorry we missed you trailer youtube. Paul Laverty nails it down so nicely... Excellent interview... No words for the film. possibly one of the best again from Ken Loach... This man is a legend... Sorry we missed you prague. Sorry we missed you signs. “POOR ANGUS Oh what do you do, poor Angus, When hunger makes you cry? I fix myself an omelet, sir, Of fluffy clouds and sky. Oh what do you wear, poor Angus, When winds blow down the hills? I sew myself a warm cloak, sir, Of hope and daffodils. Oh who do you love, poor Angus, When Catherine's left the moor? Ah, then, sir, then's the only time I feel I'm really poor.” Scott Cameron Smith 1908. As relevant as today.

Following his sublime I, DANIEL BLAKE, the invaluable Director Ken Loach has made another searing film about the British working class.
Here, Ricky (Kris Hitchen) is an underemployed construction laborer who tries to get out his financial hole by entering the gig economy as a Delivery man for a Parcel company. Even though he's working for a large delivery firm (who's clients include Amazon and Apple) the "job" makes him an independent contractor - no guarantees, no protections in case of surprises and emergencies. With a family including a wife Abbie (Eldercare. also an "independent" worker; played by Debbie Honeywood) a malcontent teenage son and a younger daughter, one can expect such exigencies to occur.
The focus here on one family is well done. The cast are largely non-professionals and what they may lack in polish is more than made up for in authenticity (the film, like other of Loach's is subtitled because of the thick local accents. Ross Brewster plays Maloney, the hard-bitten dispatcher who has a human side, but, never lets it interfere with his company man approach... Loach and long-time screenwriting collaborator Paul Laverty do lay things on a bit here with so many trials and tribulations thrown Ricky and Abbie's way that it can get to be a bit much. The filmmakers did extensive interviews with real gig workers, and they seemed to have accumulated a few too many of the negative stories and laid it at this family's doorstep.
That qualm aside, SORRY WE MISSED YOU (referring to the note Ricky leaves when the mail recipient isn't home to sign for a package) remains a worthwhile endeavor. There are some achingly real revelations here, and the final shot is hauntingly apropos.
Sorry we missed you template. Can I just say, I work for part of a similar organisation here in Australia and some of my colleagues, specifically one has the worst views and has no empathy at all. When homeless people come in he calls them scum under his breath and takes out air freshener and sprays it for everyone to see. He thinks people actually choose to be homeless. He said it to my face once. It's a disgusting attitude and I'm currently looking for another job because I cannot stand to be around someone with an attitude like that. Also, people with attitudes like that should not be working in jobs that deal with vulnerable people. We are all doing the best we can in life and part of our job is to make one another's lives easier, not harder and I just don't understand people who go out of their way to make life harder for people. It's really upsetting. Anyway, peace to you all. End of rant.
Sorry we missed you torrent. The government has set a minimum that they decide a person needs for survival. Sanctions steal from a person money that is from national insurance and according to the government is an entitlement. How do they get to reduce a human being to living almost like an animal begging for scraps just to survive? Why do humans treat each other in this way and reduce others to a near animal existence begging for scraps? This disgusting lack of any empathy and moral depravity is astounding. Sorry we missed you trailer. Sorry we missed you imdb. I stopped buying from Amazon in 2012, after I realised that the prices they were selling products at was too cheap for the workers to be treated fairly. Just yesterday, I paid 10 extra to buy from Waterstones. When you get free or cheap deliveries from Amazon, this is what you are causing.
Crazy World. Shame on you Politici, Managers. Define work ? A hunger job when you have to eat from food banks to keep alive ? Where exploitative predatory bosses deliberately keep your wages so low that you have to rely on taxpayer benefits to subsidise their profits.
